Easy Peasy

After a little bit of confusion as to which software to install for backup/recovery purposes, it finally settled in and has been a reliable device since then. I am only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the backup software is a little lame and constantly reports about incomplete backups when silly files that Microsoft creates for statistical purposes are in use and can't be backed up (despite trying to set them as excluded). So instead of seeing a "all backed up" prompt, I'm reminded on an regular basis that my backup is "incomplete" only to find it's because of these silly files I don't care about.
