Gutless Wonder

They only work on late model computers so if you're trying to back up a computer not running Windows 10 (or using a computer not on Windows 10) - they simply will not work. Save your money and get a Seagate Backup Drive instead.

I did not realized it had a 2 year warranty and am taking it in to see if they can access it. I have had many WD external hard drives never a problem until now.

Reliable Drive but issues with OSX High Sierra

Great external hard drive "but" . . .

Second, I had the toughest time getting it going, only to find out the USB cable it came with was defective and third, the replacement cable took 3 weeks to be sent to me. Totally unacceptable. Once it working, works good, app needs to be more user friendly.
