Waste of money

This is my second WD hard drive failed with 4 months. and to replace the drive I had pay shipping charges which totally not acceptable. I have seagate that works fine and never had any issue .

Not long lasting

The other only work for a short time and now says I need to format it again when I’ve already put so many files on it. Really frustrating.

Frustrated

I have spent hours trying to back up my desktop and import it to my laptop. It ahs been very hectic and a long process. Ver expensive as well. Easystor????? FRUSTRATED.

However, it won't let me just go to items and open them. The technos tell me it's Something about being a backup. That it will be ok. I hope so. But for me it wasn't an easy setup and the WD site was also techno. I used to have a Seagate. it had a dashboard that was easy. WD was not.

I plugged it in to grab a file and it now won't open? I have tried everything to open this thing to get my files. I don't recommend this product!!
