Disappointed

And I have been asked by WD to send to document retrieval and the cost will be anything from $400-$1800. Something I didn't drop anywhere just sitting on my computer table.

Worth it for the price

NEG: It is not very fast, can hang when using Win10 pro default search or grepWin, and drains a significant amount of battery power if your laptop is not plugged in. Positive: Price is good, 2TB works well for me for backup images of a couple of laptops, durable build.
