    Terrible. Everything is gone from this drive. And I have been asked by WD to send to document retrieval and the cost will be anything from $400-$1800. Something I didn't drop anywhere just sitting on my computer table.

    The passport worked great until it stopped working. My guess is that I kept the drive plugged in to my computer too much. It started saying it was over heating and I couldn’t see any of my files. Ended up losing all that work. So the drive is good but I have to warn you to not keep it plugged in to the computer.

    I had this for less than 2 weeks and it stopped working, then when I returned the item for a replacement, Best buy took off the additional coverage I purchased for this item.

    May have received a faulty drive, not sure. It stopped working half way through DISH DVR transfer. Lost a lot of recordings. Wasn't willing to spend the kind of $$ it would take for an expert to attempt to recover the lost data.
