A bit cumbersome

It took me about an hour of troubleshooting before getting it to work properly, but once I reformatted it, I was able to drag and drop files as needed which was my main purpose in purchasing it.

Yikes

Geek squad wanted 400 just to maxybe fix it but still probably lose all the data on it, and mfg was unhelpful.

One in a million

I’ve never had an external hard drive fail before. It really sucks to loose that much!

PC will not recognize the drive

This has rendered it impossible to use as a backup or for supplemental storage.
