Cleaned my computer

I can't find anything that was on here. I am losing money because of this. I called and couldn't understand anything the person saying.

Not bad if you have the right laptop

Asked a bestbuy employee if it would work out of the box for my mac and he said yes. Went home and see that the cable is a USB 3.1 cable that won’t work with my 2019 16 inch unit.

Don't buy the product stinks

Big Problem

Called WD help desk and gave them control of my computer to help. They could not get it to install and said they could escalate it for a nominal charge. I returned it.

Not what I was hoping for

Wrong. I'm not tech savvy at all, and I found it confusing which of the instructions to follow. I'm still not sure this product is backing up the items I want to keep safe from loss. I'm sure it's simple....just my ignorance that made it difficult.

I was told it would work but then found out they couldn't configure it to go from one to the other. Had to have a computer expert to be able to find and download the software to make it work.
