I backed up a lot of photos and then the hard drive ended up corrupted and lost all my pictures.

This drive arrived damaged, and would not mount, even with applecare’s support. I had to return it.

will not work with Window's 11. Returned for refund (still waiting for refund approval after seven business days)

Had to purchase this because my 2015 All In One Mac “wasn’t” compatible with the new update system. Still not sure how to take or put things on it.

Setting up was difficult. I have a MacBook and it took some time but over good storage.

These things are not built to last. Buy SSD far more reliable drive

Terrible product worked fine 3 months then just went out after never being moved or anything just stopped working

I installed this product after previous external hard drive died. When I tried to open documents or photos on it, it said I needed an app from the play store. Also, it copied items 4 times, all with different addresses. I tried to restore back to before I installed this drive and that was not successful. I even lost 11 folders of pictures. I am totally frustrated and would not recommend this product!

Ordered online. Opened box, and only document was multiple language legal document. Took me quite a long time to find internal documents to understand what to do.

I never actually used the drive itself, which I'm sure was perfectly functional, but the product images made the item appear skinnier, like the Seagate Backup Slim. I was searching for a low cost drive that was very slim, for transportation reasons, and picked this up. The images on the packaging also showed a slim drive, but upon opening the product, it was a full 3x the size of a bare 2.5" drive. The images were very misleading and not what I was searching for, so I promptly returned it.

I have a ps5 and the hard drive worked good for the first two months only ...after that it’s giving me an error on the sistem

Unit memory was filled up in 3 days. WD Tech support was a waste of time. Best Buy took it back. I got a different unit.

Bought Dec 21, 2021 and failed around mid March 2022. It failed 2 weeks after it was not returnable.

Maybe I just don’t know how to use it correctly, but it seems very difficult to find files after being saved. I wanted it to be similar to a USB flash drive but it’s way more difficult. I never really know if things are bing saved and cannot find them easily. I had an older model and it takes forever to find pictures that are saved on it. If you have a suggestion for something that could help me, please respond. Thanks.

It burned after a few days of using it. It was for display till I threw it away.

This external drive required is to download software to use it. My partner did not want to do this - and the instructions were complicated - so we are returning it. All my previous external drives you just plug in and transfer files - why change it?

I didn't like the hard-drive as it stopped working after a month.
