Compatibility

It requires multiple steps to initiate backup. I used a previous model(WD passport) on the same laptop that worked well. All I needed to do was connect the previous version, open app and the backup would start. I thought this new device would be an upgrade but it took multiple steps with every backup, would perform partial backup and it was VERY slow. I am still to test if the files are retrievable.

Not working

Haven’t used it or opened it, today I opened it for the first time since I need to transfer some files… didn’t work at all and made a lot of noise. Couldnt even connect. Waste of money.
