Exactly what I needed. Not sure I would still pay as much as I did but it's simple and light.

Worked well out of box. Easy to set up and configure. WD software a bit dated, but works well enough.

Well, it hasn't been long enough to talk about reliability or durability of this external hard drive but it certainly functions as advertised and was easy to install and start using. It's capacity should serve for all that I will ever need as a backup so love it so far.

Quick, easy, problem free. I have had good experiences with WD products. I have another WD external from 15 years ago that still works great... just currently not big enough for what I needed.

I have had this product for over a month and it works very well. I use it to store extra games on my Alienware laptop. It was easy to install and use.

Mr. Dwight and Mr. David were outstanding in their service on our computer. Real experts craft. I would recommend them to anyone under any circumstances as they are able to resolve the issues of any computer!

Good price, needed it to replace an older external hard drive. Had to have Geek Squad download the files and pics from the older drive to the new one. It took them about one day to do it.

I got this for my stepson and he loved it. He lives in Cuba so is important to him have a good quality device . So far the best choice

It does what its suppose to do but not good enough. I have an early PS4 S with 500GB. This only works as an extension and ONLY allows applications to be stored. You cannot use it for save data, actual game download space, themes, or gallery. It is plug and play, just format it. For 2TB the price was about %50 so its a steal. Unfortunately, the time it takes to load the loading screens is excruciating slow. But Ill keep it for now.
