Perfect for Mac, iTunes Library

I’m running a 2009 iMac and didnt’ even mess with the software that came with it. It functions much better and more relaible than the LaPorche HD I got.

Better than a flash drive.

For the 6 times i used it in the month i have owned it, it worked perfectly. Although 1TB is probably 100 times my need, it is nice to know there is plenty of capacity.

Not worth the money

It was not even close to full and I saved alot of information, videos and pictures on it. I used it to save from videos recently and then the next day it would not show up on my laptop. It made a strange noise twice and you not work. I tried everything as instructed by WD website The WD website could not even give me simple drivers to update the drive. I would not buy another one because once I installed the data dashboard all the stuff I had was gone.
