They had it on sale which made it a great buy for 4 TB external. From what I read the disk inside is worth more than the cost of the whole enclosure. It also happens to work just fine with the USB interface and has some handy software.

I bought this for my Xbox One. As soon as I plugged it into my Xbox, it told me it needed to be formated. All I had to do was press okay to format it, easy. The installation and formating was easy, plus my games run smooth.

Awesome backup of files securely on this huge 4TB Western Digital hard drive. It came with several pieces of utility software which easily installed and it backs up files automatically so you don't have to ponder about when and how.

Very inexpensive, copied about a zillion files with no problem. I have found WD to be the only trusted drive anymore, the others have all broken on me. Retrieval very fast despite all small files filled up the drive.

I bought the 4TB Western Digital on sale for $79.99. In the past I have always bought Seagate hard drives but bought the WD for the price. Overall it's fast and dependable and haven't had any issues with the drive.

This external HDD is great for backing up your system and storing extra files. There is virtually no setup to get it up and running, and setting up backups is very easy to do.

Picked up the 4TB 3.5" model on sale for a very good price. The drive inside is indeed a WD Red. I've been using it extensively for a couple of months now and have had no problems whatsoever. Performance is quite good as well.

I have been buying Seagate external hard drives for over 10 years. I was disappointed Best Buy no longer carry Seagate so I went with Western Digital. They have been around years so I didn't just jump blindly. Good so far.

Lots of space, I use this for back up for my dash cam footage.
