Have had this for over 2 years with no issues. Used it with my ps4 and now my ps5 to hold ps5 games and it's been flawless!

Did a curbside pick up. This device has a USB SS interface. Working fine. (Appears to be) faster than a USB 3.1 256GB flash drive.

Connected to a Windows XP computer it was not recognized. A visit to the WD Web site fixed that using one of their free downloads and now works great.

I got this for $100 bucks and it’s been 2 months since then. I am very happy with the acquisition I made; very easy to install, fast write and read speed, super quiet.

I loved my previous WD external hard drive -- it provided an onscreen dashboard and allowed access to see exactly what was backed up. This one provides none of that. Can't really tell what it's backed up as it's all zipped. Have to rely solely on Windows backup program.

my old 1 terabite hard drive was almos full so i checked and best buy had the best buy at the best price! i wolud strongly recommend this HD to all my friends.

Loaded up software and off and running quickly with my backup scheduled. Great capacity for all our pictures, videos, and music. Quick with daily backups.

I use this with my XBOX and it works awesome! Why waste your money on the same thing costing 3 times as much just because the label has a different brand.

I bought a 1TB Passport and had it replaced because factory said it was bad. The replacement had significant problems so I bought this unit in addition. It is not working right and I have not been able to reach anyone to help so far. Recognize the problem could be me??

Solid performance. Quick access to files and transfer rate is great. Really a solid product. Feeling like I made a good choice.

Does what it' supposed to, and less expensive than a portable. Make sure you have the space to stick it somewhere, and like all drives, make sure you have a backup as all drives will fail eventually.

Bought this for the capacity and form factor to sit on the bookshelf with the other WD drives. Creates a library of storage without taking up a lot of room.

Needed it for a data transfer after deciding to re-install windows onto SSD. Held 3.5TB of data and transferred 100% no issues. Now it is just a backup device.

Great addition for a ps4 pro. Can hold a ton more down loadable games and not have to worry about running out of space. really fast loading times also.

There are many good choices to choose from when buying an external hard drive. Reputation and performance wins again. That's why I chose the WD 4TB usb 3.0 hard drive.

Great drive. I’m on my fourth one use them for all my video files. Never had an issue. Dropped it from the computer desk. No problem still working like a champ!

Just purchase this It is real "RED" You can save money than just purchase only red hdd

Easy to use and set up. Using it for extra storage for xbox one. Just plug it in and the console will recognize and format it. Can't be any easier!
