Needed something to backup my computer to. My son recommended this so I bought it and so fa Is working good 1 year later.

My wife takes a ton of pictures and keeps filling her phone up. I bought this to clear the pics off her phone on occasion. So far seems to work as expected with seemingly quick transfer speeds. Hopefully she wont fill it too quickly.

Exactly as advertised. Easy to set up, great speeds (consistently >120 MB/sec), no noise. Longevity to be determined, otherwise great.

I've mainly used this to make a backup of my main hard drive just in case of a crash which is not a fun thing to have to deal with once it happens. I learned that the hard way many years ago.

I paid less for this external drive than for an equivalent internal drive. So far doing a great job! I use it for external game storage on console.

Works great on PS4 and Xbox One, It will say not supported for PS4 make sure you format it under the settings menu for PS$ then it will work great!

The drive works great. I'm happy with the speed. I don't know that the drive is all that sturdy. I had to bring one back that stopped working within a couple of days. I've had luck with another MyBook, so I kept the other one. So far, so good.

Ordered through Bestbuy got it in 2 days. Got it for $85. Read and write speeds are around 172MBPS. Haven't regretted it till now.

I bought it’s for 109 plus tax on sale 5 days after it was offered for 89 went beach to the store in and out in less than 5-10 min got 20$ back

Purchased a little over a month ago and happy so far. The real test is longevity, but for the moment I'm pleased with write speeds and access time.

I have no issues despite the salesperson opinion against usage with Mac OS. Plug and use fine for P.C. or Mac requires formatting Drive

Bought this for my 9 year old son's PS4! My son was able to set this up himself, and stated that is working as expected! He is happy so I am happy!

Works great for the ps4. Fast format no issues so far. It will say on and running if you leave you're ps4 is sleep mode so just and FYI on that.

I literally took it out the box plugged it into my gaming laptop it connected right away with no problems

Western Digital always offers good quality hard drives. This is no exception, great deal for the Best Buy edition "easystore" model.

I installed the sound bar and attached my phone via blue tooth. Within 15 mins a cop knocked on my door for noise. The bass is loud!!!!

This runs very smooth and comes formatted to NTFS. So if using with other operating systems than windows, you will need to format before using.
