Just plug and use. Quick transfer time. Bulky size no problem for me given the savings over same capacity slim model.

This was a great purchase at a great price. It was easy to set up out of the box and I hope to have a long term use of it.

Great plug and play drive however it does not come with security software (to lock the drive). AND they do not put a warning on the package even though most of their other products contain the security feature.

I use this extended storage for my PS4 and I have no complaints. Does everything I want it to do and is fast as well.

Large capacity hard drive, it runs quick, extremely quiet and allows for Windows to maintain it's automatic back up.

Happy with the product once I exchanged it but it arrived damaged from shipping and we didnt realize it until after it was opened as a gift. The box wasn't damaged but there was a large piece rattling around inside. When I tried to exchange it at the store, they only sold it online. No biggie, I reorder what I thought was the same thing and ended up with a portable 4tb external hard drive. But, it all worked out in the end and we are still happy!

It is very easy to use. Good TB's for the money. It is a great product to back up all your pictures and documents.

Bought bought this ac powered unit and and much smaller usb powered unit..I prefer the usb powered, much smaller device. I have had no problems with either. For the extra 20 I prefer the usb portable.

WD has been my go to brand for years. I've never had a problem with a WD. At 4Tb this drive can back up everything on my computer and mirror my portable drives that I use to carry files with me.
