Connected to my PS4 Pro easily and have had no troubles with writing from the PS4 to the drive nor retrieving saved files in a timely fashion.

I needed a product with adequate storage capacity to perform backups and data storage for my business and this device fills the bill. Great product!!

While the 8GB and 12GB HDs get more press coverage, this 4GB unit, if you can find it while it's on sale, is a good drive for various purposes. I use this one for backing up a couple of 1TB HDs and a 2TB HD. While these HDs do come already formatted, it's a good idea to re-format them using your operating system's normal procedure just so they are set up by your computer and don't have to rely upon WD's "factory formatting" (which may or may not be perfect).

I attached this to my Asus router and it works great for backups of all my laptops as well as a shared drive.

This is the latest in a series of WD external hard drives. They seem to be getting better - but only time will tell for this one. It is a very good value when comparing other drives.

I always choose WD drives. Very reliable. Used to buy Seagate but of dozen I've bought, more than half has failed. Haven't had any WD fail on me yet.

Great improvement to my XBox One S storage. There is no point to buy the official XBox HDD. This has more storage and was more cost-effective.
