Great product, so so support

I called WD support to get this hard drive set up for time machine on my Mac. I (incorrectly) thought this would be an easier & more efficient way to go. On my first call the rep at WD did the screen share and walked me thru the formatting & setup. It seemed to work but after my computer went to sleep over night I got "Time Machine Backup Failed". It took 2 more calls, more screen shares and a couple more hours on the phone to WD until finally they got it to work properly. Previously I always bought plug and play external hard drives. This time I went for a better drive at a lower cost but more set up involved. In the end it was worth it but very frustrating along the way.
