Great External HD

Great backup solution

The huge capacity for the price is the selling point here as well as the brand reputation. I connected it via USB to my router to share it and haven't had to think about it since. I can easily backup multiple PCs to it. Do note that this is a "desktop" external hard drive, meaning that it is quite a bit larger than a portable one and comes with a power brick. The WD software is "ok". I can't say if this is shuckable or not as I got it as a standalone pseudo-nas so haven't taken it apart.

External Storage for PS$

I bought 2 units, one for each of my kids PS4. They needed some space for to load new games and this fits the bill. It should take them quite some time to fill it up and it has decent read/write speeds. If you want something to plug and play then this is for you.
