    A fine external hard drive. It's got a bigger profile than some others but it worked just like it's supposed to.

    Its gonna be a a blue drive which is still good. It does require a power source but it does come with the power cable. Good for backing up files.

    First unit purchased had an internal hardware problem so had to trade in for a second new one. Worked just fine following the setup instructions, no issues since.

    I bought this to replace an old WD My Book that is no longer compatible with newer OSs. In the reviews on Best Buy, someone mentioned that they has it connected to their ethernet port, so I bought it thinking that I could add it to my Motorola network router (which only has ethernet ports). It does not have an ethernet port. Do not buy this if you need for it to have an ethernet port.

    Problem is that the backup keeps failing. I have to restate my computer to get it to work. I have never had this problem before.
