    Easy setup. Customer service responsive to my questions. 250 GB backed up in approximately 5 hours. subsequent backups approximately 20 minutes.

    I've been using it for backups and it works well. The only shortcoming is that it doesn't have an LED light responsive to use.

    The drive works, but the unit have has to be unplug when you boot up the computer or the computer will not boot up.
