    I followed the instructions but it wouldn't work when I tried to backup, said that there wasn't enough space. I had to contact their tech support and have them walk me through how to fix the partition in it so that I could use the full 4TB (but I only have access to 3.6TB of the 4TB for some reason still). Setup was not as effortless as they said it would be in the instruction, but now that I have it working its pretty great to have. Wish I would have gotten one sooner.

    Works fine so far. This thing is a scratch and fingerprint magnet!! I truly HATE that it has no access light! Never really sure it it's finished writing a file or not!

    Works fine. Didn't work with my MAC right out of the box though. I had Apple tech support help me to change some settings on the drive to get it working and now its doing its job.

    This drive is nice and has lots of space. Downside is that it is slow so don't expect to run games or emulators off this drive directly.

    So far this drive is fine, as I would expect from WD, but THERE IS NO ACTIVITY LIGHT?!?! When did they stop putting activity lights on drives? Disappointing...
