Lots of storage for a great price! Always have had good experiences with WD products over the years.

This is another external hard drive I have added for my computer and it works just as well as the first external hard drive I bought.

Would highly recommend this hard drive to anyone. Love that it does not take up a lot of room on my desk.

The true value here is the day you turn on your PC and it's dead! This is a great full form HDD that not only allows you to have a local backup, but is also great if you are working on huge projects (like video editing) and have to move form PC to PC. Internet is great, but when file sizes are dozens of gigs long, nothing beats an external drive!

Never can have too much digital space. Holding up well after a few weeks. Hopefully will last a long while.

Western digital delivers excellent drives. This has lots of space for your PC backup, photos and videos

This review is for WD My Book 4TB 3.0 USB External Hard Drive. Have had this drive for about 4 mos. now and haven't seen any signs of problems yet. The only thing I'm not so thrilled about is how fast it goes to sleep when not in use. Almost immediately. It causes a delay in transferring and accessing files and at times appear to be stuck. Never experienced that in a drive before. Usually the sleep function happens after being inactive for a while. Not sure if it's the Windows 10 computer I'm using or what (still not a huge fan Win 10). But otherwise, so far so good

I have a few of these in this size and larger. Reliable on site storage of my photos.
