    I bought 2 of these to back up an old iMac I am giving away. When I tried to format one of them it wouldn’t and then wouldn’t mount. Took it back for refund. The 2nd one formatted but stop backing up within 2 days of using it. I kept that one anyways as it had several backups on it now.

    Aftrer buying and attaching - I found that there isn't any software that allows you to configure and use the device as it should be. I was not able to find any real directions or support from the website either. I feel that I wasted my funds and time on this one.
