I am not extremely tech savvy, but this was very easy to connect. Plug it in and it pretty much does the rest.

It connects seamlessly and has no problem with my Xbox some of the old ones do but this one works awesome

Needed drive to save data from old work computers. Have done the job and them some.

Easy to use. Comes with builtin softtware for managing backup. Could use longer usb cable and power cord.

I simply upgraded from a 2 to 4 TB drive. The software is now a bit different since the last time i purchased and to me more difficult. It was not very straightforward to set up. Part of it was my experience with the older WD software. The hardware is fine and easy to set up. I haven't had any issues. I am still trying to understand the Backup software and may come back and do an update but right now after weeks I'm still struggling a bit.

Works great for quick backups and excess storage. Very easy setup. Essentially Plug and Play.

On-Board BU Software hard to access! It took several tries over several days to finally install built-in back-up software! Was thinking about returning the drive, before the BU software finally installed. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars! BU software appears to operate correctly after installation.
