    I bought the product to use with Windows 10. It had various problems after installing but eventually worked them through. I then decided to dedicate it to an iMac and haven't been able to get it installed. So, right now I have a brick on my desk. Hopefully I can figure out why it will not load even after erasing and configuring to Mac purposing.

    Installation of the software was very poorly documented. It seems to cover a number of different units and some of the programs work with it and some don't. The simple backup is easy to schedule and is fast.
