Trying out WD HHDs

Bought a pair of 4TB and fired them up. They are quiet, fast and both units have power supplies that work, unlike an 8TB Seagate that was my last purchase before these. No complaints so far. I have a couple of other 3TB WDs that I bought a few years ago that are still running strong so I expect these will be the same.

It has no LED or indication it is working. Instructions poor. You have to follow your nose through the setup. Don't program backups until the thing does its first manual backup or it will take forever to complete. THE BIG THING IS THAT MY COMPUTER WON'T BOOT UP WITH THIS THING CONNECTED.

Good For Storage
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I already have the easystore one 4TB, and purchased it because the easystore 4TB is now out of stock -- it seems never return its stock probably. It is basically well-made product with robust power supply, but I'm feeling a bit lag between file switch and transfer, relative to the easystore one. That's the reason why I substracted one star. But still it is a good price and product.
