    This is a good drive for backups or external storage like images. It is a lot louder than higher performing drives but it makes up for it in lower cost.

    I don't want forced encryption that come with the case, so have chucked for the drive, and it has been solid for the past a few months. Good luck!

    Great price on a good sized drive. It seems to work very fast at USB3.0. I would have given it 5 stars but the included cord is rather short making placement a possible problem.

    I purchased these drives (2 of them) to use as an external backup for my work. They are too large to be convenient to carry with me but work well for "on-site/off-site" backup of my work.
