I use this for my Xbox. Install and play from it directly. Pretty fast and ym5 TB is plenty of space. Only reason I removed a star is because sometimes it isn't recognized by Xbox. Happened only twice. But a restart fixed it.

Hard to believe you can get a drive this big for the price. I haven't had any issues with it and filled it completely. Write and read times were just fine. I can happily recommend this drive.

I'll never buy a hard drive made by anyone other than Western Digital. Phenomenal quality and performance.

Used to back up my information before upgrading to new Win10. I had no problems getting my files back on my computer after the clean install. Tons of space and the price was right.

I bought this to use for Xbox One storage. It works great. Formatting took 30 seconds. This thing can hold a TON of games. It also makes load and install times a lot quicker.

Bought two of these to add space to my xbox one and my son's Xbox one. Installed great and I see no difference in load time between this and the internal hard drive.

Everything works as advertised. It's great to have wireless storage of such size and not have to connect it to my laptop every time I need to dump photos and video.

I bought this to hookup to my raspberry pi 2 (which I use as a simple NAS device). I had no issues connecting to it or seeing the entire storage. The transfer rate is not as described, but that's a shortcoming the raspberry architecture, not this drive.

I bought this because my internal backup was full. There is plenty of space and it should be enough for years to come.

Lots of storage room for the price. I bought this to expand my xbox1 storage and so far it's working great.

This is my second Western Digital external harddrive. Both work amazingly fine! Long life, easy to use, and very good pricing! Highly recommend them.
