I love this Western Digital 6TB Hard Drive. Plenty of Space, Good Speed and Price... This is why I continue to buy them when I need more storage...

got it to extend the life of my 500 GB XBOX One. Now I can enjoy my box until the next version arrives

I buy these for work frequently, not because they fail, we just have a lot of data storage needs. I have had great success with them.

I back up photos and client projects on this drive. It does an excellent job at keeping my work secure and easy to access as needed.

Was extremelly interested in the access time too such a terra byte device. Turns out access time was good , not great, but adequate for my application which is storing music, mp3 type

I've always trusted Western Digital over any other hard drive manufacturer, and they don' disappoint with their latest 6tb external.

Bought this product last month and plugged it into my asus router via USB 3.0. Transfer speed is great. Works silently in the background and now I have ample storage for my household.

This is 3.0 USB speed super fast and has Ton of space at a whopping capacity of 6TB. This is perfect if you plan on editing videos a lot! It doesn't have spool up lag like 2.5" drives which is really nice. I have both WD 3.0 2.5" and 3.5" drives and the 2.5" has a Spool up delay and the 3.5" is immediate. Though the 2.5" is self powered USB and portable it's atleast understandable. So this 3.5" is perfect for a desktop set up since it requires a plug to power it.

plugged it in, formatted it to work with mac or windows and started filling it up with data. worked exactly as it should

I have 4 MyBook external drives backing up my graphic files. They are a reasonably priced way to expand memory. I use an automatic backup system to not only back up files, but keep separate periodic redundant backups.

I stream video games and this was the best storage device I could fine. It works great and holds lots of information.
