Affordable solution for backing up data. I use these drives to backup working drives for video editing!

I purchased this because I have to keep my computer backed up and this has automatic backup and enough space to put other files on it.

It's a very good External HardDrive. I've always used WD products and I've alway been very satisfied with them.

Backed up my computer very easily. Surprisingly fast for over 2 TB of data. Good stuff.

This drive is a great option for external backups and for general storage. The transfer speeds with USB 3 meet all my needs for backing up gigs of photos.

If you have a mac you'll have to go and enable NTFS so you can put your stuff on it, but once you're set up it's fast and easy!! Love it!

Not as large as it says on the box. I've been told it's a matter of how each company measures. I don't believe it.

I have been using MyBook hardrives to store my many photos and videos safely to give to my grandchildren.

Really like the TV but picture quality doesn't seem to be as good as it looked in the store. The color just isn't as sharp. Hard to explain but color just isn't right.

I'm not sure if my lack of knowledge whether the WD - My Book USB 3.0 only port is responsible for the painfully slow transfer between external hard-drives or the lack of connectors on an 2008 Apple Mac MacBook Pro (Evil empire of computers) requiring a HUB hookup. I was limited to USB 3.0- slow. The exterior case lacks a "Light" indicator showing drive activity. It's difficult to assert when it's safe to eject. the drive.

Used to copy a large project to send to client. Reliable and fast, I recommend to anyone that has a similar need. Fair price.

works good, fast transfers, just wish i would have waited a month then could have gotten 12TB for the same price, oh well.
