Used for network storage for my wifes laptop and my desktop. Simple interface, ton of storage.

Big storage, small form factor, fair price. Works well and I can access all of my goodies on the go. Works well and has not skipped a beat so far. For what it is worth, I have mine setup on a Google Fiber (1gbps) connection so my bandwidth is amazing compared to most.

Love the easy accessibility. Like the fact that I can access it from anywhere as long as I have a wi-fi connection. Uploading and downloading is simple.

Despite the warnings about slow performance, I gave this drive a try. It's fast enough for my purposes, and as a hobby photographer, I transfer many gigabytes of photos routinely. At least, I did until we went to our winter home. From outside my local net, my computer can no longer see the drive. I haven't contacted support to ask if it's possible to remotely access the drive. In our winter home, I've switched back to a USB-connected drive for backing up my photos.

I use it to automatically backup 4 computers in my household. Also serves as a media player for my smart TV's, pretty cool. Not too hard to set up. Only complaint is speed when copying really huge files.

This is a very good product. I wish it receive the internet wirelessly; you have to to connect to a modern. It would be a much better product if one were able to use Wi-Fi to get internet to the box.

For the price of this hard drive you get great quality, it is fast and easy to install in any desktop computer Attractive design , Easy to set up and great price. We bought this to back up our all computer, Work with large multimedia files I would recommend this to a friend!

It was very easy to set up and put on my network, it works great for my small office.

MyCloud's upgraded hardware and software is by far the best one I have ever used. I upgraded to this model because their previous model had a lot of connectivity flaws. I was never able to connect remotely and access my files. I also was not able to create a private folder accessible either by local or remote access. The product also looks really sleek on my counter. This model includes other features which I haven't tried yet, but I'm sure they'll work just fine. Set up was really easy, and, with minimal issues, I was up and running within 30 mins from unpacking. It loads up nicely, and emails me whenever it has issues, such as loss of power, or loss of internet connectivity. So far, I have only witnessed the loss of power message, during a power outage. I would definitely recommend this product over the "other" company.
