Best personal cloud

I had to return the first one I had but did get another. I am glad I did. Once set up, I can access my files from any computer at home or away. I love this thing! I can even get a files and photos from my phone.

Kind of a pain to use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a person who is very comfortable using computers and doing system backups, etc; so I figured this product would be great to use for backing up multiple computers and accessing files from multiple locations. Only trouble is that it's not really quick to set up; it's confusing because there's the interface online and on the computer so you have to be sure you know which one you want to use; and also it takes FOREVER to back up files onto the cloud even with a super fast internet connection using an Ethernet cable (CAt6).
