This is a great hard drive, it is easy to set up and use

Works exactly as advertised. Easy set up and easy to use.

You have to tell it what to copy over to the hard drive the individual files or picutures you want to store. it seems to prefer pictures but videos work pretty well if you down load the video app. If you play it right off the my cloud app it skips alot. Over all it works well and follows you so you can access the pictures but it doesn't back up by itself like a lot of apple apps do.

Enjoying the MyCloud to store my files. Easy to use, too.

Easy to use. Cheap. I should have hooked it up directly to my PC so I could transfer my files to it easier and quicker, but I should have known better when bouncing 1.5TB through my network to it. Really love it though!

I purchased the My Cloud NAS drive so I could access my files when I am away from home. I was pleasantly surprised to see advanced features like access control for the cloud and local network, media streaming, and emailed admin notifications. In my opinion this is a perfect mix of home and business features. 100% worth the price!

How about 3Tb? This Network Attached Device now holds all my photos and music files, so I don't have to worry next time my phone or laptop dies. And, there is so much storage I've gone on a music buying spree. One day, it will serve music to my Sonos... once I read the instructions. Storage is so cheap! This is way cheaper than subscribing for space in the cloud.

I am so grateful to find this product at Bestbuy store, I compared the price and found the best price at Bestbuy. Very satisfied with the product and now I don't have to worry about keeping my HDD every time with me and have a peace of mind having auto upload my phone photos directly. I recommend this product to everyone.

This equipment works great so far. It was easy to install and has plenty of capacity. I was also surprised to find out my samsung tv recognizes it on my home network, so I can see all my pictures on the tv remotely.

This was purchased to use in tandem with the Apple air port time capsule. Once formatted for the Mac, it has been a great addition to our network. I haven't accessed the device yet while I am away from home, but if it operates as advertised, it will be great!

I've been impressed with this hard drive for the short time I have had it. I really like the ability it has to back up my Apple products remotely.

Great product. Throw all my music and videos on it and able to access from any computer or mobile device from anywhere. Access through mobile phone and play through car speakers via Bluetooth. Coolest thing ever!

Support online for this wasn't the best, may have been due to the holiday season and overwhelming requests for support though. Works as it should now

I bought two NAS drives for storage and to have one drive backup the other drive. Setup was easy and I had no issues. Setting up the safe points was a little more difficult to get up and running, but after the setup was done the backups have been running with no issues. I did not need all of the options that the My Cloud offered, but it is nice to know they are there if I need them.

I had bought a 500 Gb external hard drive three years ago and it was over filled. The My Cloud became a second storage area for valuable pictures and files. It has enables the backup of all my computers, and other devices around the house. I'm not 100% happy with the menu system. It could be much better, but after playing with it for a while, I can understand it and make it work.

Decent little NAS for the price. Fairly limited on functionality, but does allow addition of external USB3.0 devices which is quite handy.
