WD CLOUD is best to store data and can be accessed from any device.

My children look it. Their able to back up their cell phones and laptops

It was fairly easy to setup, however I found some of the programs it installed on my computer were unnecessary. I really like that it is connected to my network so I can access it from all my computers / tablets / phones when at home or away, it has made accessing files that I don't keep on Google Drive or Dropbox more convenient. It also allows for another hard dive to be plugged into it so that it is backed up, which I also enjoy having that extra level of backup in place.

Plenty of storage room and backup to cloud. Nice value for 3 GB size.

Love this external hard drive. Set up was easy to follow and really like how the info can be accessed.

We take a lot of photos and fill up devices and memory cards quickly. This helps relieve that stress as well as we can access photos from anywhere. It's nice knowing they are all backed up on a cloud. Easy to use and easy to install

Love the hard drive ! Life saver ... Bought this for my studio in case my other hard drive went out on me again . Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable hard drive

this is great for mobile phones that have good cameras. way better than google drive because you can save tour pictures at full resolution and uploads automatically with the WD apps

I struggled with trying to figure out how to download pics. I wish there were more directions. I thought it would automatically upload photos. I need to free up my laptop, but I am scared to actually delete the photos from my laptop that I have downloaded onto the My Cloud.

It was not as simple as I thought to use as Cloud storage.

I purchased this for two reasons. One as a backup device and as a media/fill server. It works great for both options. As it allows me to have access to a file from any of my devices

Easy to set up. Online tutorials were very helpful. I use it as a backup and to access common files from all my devices. Bought 3T although I didn't need that much as it was the better value for the price.

Was intrigued about the product but decided to try it out. I now have all of my 1000's of pictures and hundreds of documents with me at all times on my Macbook Air, iPhone and iPad. Very easy to set up, use and access data.

Still trying to learn. Overall the product is great.

Took some time to get started....but it does what I need.

Primarily bought this for moving media ( pictures) and iTunes purchased movies for storage. The downside is it doesn't allow for play of iTunes movies - need to fix this.

This was a decent storage device but it wasn't for me

Easy setup. I have another 2tb drive hooked up through the usb port and working great. All of my movies are on the second drive. I can connect through my dvd player to watch.
