Works great and is easy to use. Easy to install and easy to access with computer apps and the phone app.

I'm a big fan of WD products. While I own many My Book Live drives, I've begun to purchase My Cloud drives due to the elimination of the aforementioned line. Overall, the new product is a nice improvement on the previous one. My chief complaint is the color. All of the other WD products I own are matte black, and this is a plastic-y white and silver body. It looks cheap. Aside from that though, this is great product, and will likely give you years of quality data storage!

Had some setup problems but telcos with tech support solved the issues. Some of the software could be better when looking for files. Very hard to navigate the files. Not at all like the file tools in Windows. Very limited!

I highly recommend this product for storage and backup needs. You can access from multiple devices and away from home.

This is the best drive I have used till date. I would recommend this drive for any one who wants a simple cloud drive.

We wanted the My Cloud so we could store and play lossless audio wirelessly without turning on the computer. Not everything works as we would like, but we are able to play music. Hopefully, technology will be able to handle this some day.

Setup was a breeze. Adding shares and setting up users was easier than old seagate NAS. Mobile access works well. Access from Mac Finder can be slow. iTunes/twonky media server is not recognizing all songs. Overall good experience so far.

This is my second cloud drive and it works so much better than the first one I bought. I don't have to continuously search for it and reconnect like the other one. It connects to all my devices, both PC and Mac. I couldn't be happier.

Easy setup. App works great. I like the fact that my pc doesnot have to be on to use this product..

It's a pretty slow hard drive over a wi-fi connection. I will probably upgrade this in the future. For now it's a very solid and reliable backup hard drive.

It works well for my college student who needs to keep files handy and accessible but not stored in actual Mac.

More and more I have been choosing to backup all of my computers to a central network location. Not wanting to spend a monthly fee for an offsite storage, network storage devices are a great alternative. Besides the fact that I can save all my files from any computer to this drive and then access them from any other computer in the house is a great time saver!!!

Multi-purpose drive that has a lot of capacity for storage, back up and cloud that is easy to access remotely!

I do love this, but setup sucked, I think there is a help number you can call. I didn't use it I would say do if need be. Still learning how to use it but great for pics, I want to figure out how to save music then I will be set!!

Works as advertised. Perfect addition for my mac and easy to access when away from home.

I am glad to have my own way to access my secure info without relying on some service through the Internet

This NFS drive was easy to set up and has plenty of storage space for our many years of digital photos.

This is a very good storage but I don't like how everyone I wan to be able to view information has to sign up which creates a folder on my device. Otherwise it works great.

I am happy that I hooked it up to my wireless router, but I do not really know what I am doing and sometimes the older versions of my 3 computers do not view this network hard-drive, and I have no idea why? After restarting the computer this network hard drive shows up again. The main advantage is, that when you store files on this NETWORK DRIVE, they are accessible from all computers on your NETWORK.

This is the worst product I ever bought anywhere! Uploaded 200+ pictures, said they were there, then could not access them, will be returning this piece of junk.
