Easy to use and set up. Everyone should have one protecting date in the home.

Went I. To buy another external hard drive for my MacBook, associate talked me into this instead. Installed pretty easy but took Forever to upload my large digital photos. Finally waited it out and loaded some files for a client, and this was on a fast network in my home. I went to a local watering hole to show work to client with pretty good wi-fi. It too so long to access that I was extremely embarrassed. I returned it, but two more external portable drives, much happier! I do think it's a great idea, just not ready for the real word yet.

It's a great product if you only are using it. But the instructions are lacking on others who need to connect to it. Those instructions were not real clear. Other than that great product.

After 1 month of service the drive is providing shared storage for home PCs.

We just went on our honeymoon and were able to send all our pictures to My cloud while still on our honeymoon just in case something happened to our cameras! It is such a peace of mind to know our important items are easily backed up and accessible.

Great tool formy small business . We can all sabe to this storage device and the share from it. I think it's a great product with a ton of features . Recommend it to small business.

Great option for sharing, storing, and remotely accessing data. Easy set up.

So far so good. I works fine, but every now and then it drops and it can't be found. It usually comes back in a few minutes.

I like the fact I can travel anywhere with my laptop or cellphone and be able to get any data from back home on the main system. AND, it's kept up to date automatically.

The drive is nice to have but in order to use it on our home network it took a little more than just "plug-n-play". A little complicated but not impossible to overcome.

The only con is it will not work with window edge.

Exactly what I wanted . Easy to set up and works fine

I am still "testing" My Cloud and am quite pleased with the results, so far . I am accessing it from a variety of devices from a wide variety of locations . So far, so good . Sometimes there is a question of slower access time . But that can be a variation of local data speeds .

Easy to setup and has made working from home so much easier.

This was an unusual product when I bought it - very cool to be able to "partition" and share certain files with family and friends.

Good product for excellent price. However, it's not that easy to setup when you have multiple computers.

The information and description about My Cloud was how easy it was to use. I have had it for about a month and am still trying to figure it out.
