So far I can't say anything bad about my purchase of this product. My only concern was if it suppose to say on 24/7. So I called customer service and they told me that it was built to stay turned on all the time. he explained to me that if its not used within 10mins it goes to stand-by.

Love this external hard drive and you can access whatever you put on it anywhere and by any devise you have set up with it.

Once installed it helped my business by allowing the staff to access the info easily.

I think this is a good drive if you want access files over the Internet. It's a little slow at times.

I use this to back up my Mac and our MacBooks. I also love the app on my iPhone where i can upload photos and videos. I can then delete them from my iPhone freeing up space. I can then connect via the app and view those videos and photos from anywhere

So far this has done exactly what I wanted it to do. I have not tried accessing it from outside the house but the in house network is flawless and I am able to get all my files on any computer or access point in the house. Can't wait to try it out on vacation this summer.

The only real problem is the explanation to set-up. Too little for those who are not computer literate.

I was looking for a wireless hard drive compatible with the media player app on the Xbox one this works perfectly. Used it for movies and tv shows that I download drag and drop to the device than imediatly shows up on Xbox ones media player app.

I was able to set it up quickly in my home network. It was a breeze and works very well. Good buy.

Works as it should could be a little more simple to use other wise no complaints

I picked this up for a small business for a majority of their backup needs and it has definitely done the job! They are easy to setup, and work well with Windows 10 computers! I will be picking up more of these as the time goes on!

This replaced an old my world book. This my cloud is smoother and easier to navigate than it's predecessor. Boots quickly when it is started. Easy to set up to your network wired or mobile.

Good for networking at home but slow when connecting via phone app. Slower than dropbox.

This unit works great. I store music and videos on it. Music will stream good when away from home, however, videos struggle with any format, but, I think it is more due to the file size is too large. The drive has been reliable

Very good personal cloud, have given 5 stars if plex was available for this model too.

Overall good product and does what it should. Wished it was more like a ftp server as it advertised.

Used for additional storage to access the content remotely and this is really quick..

Bought it to backup my computer files but also use it to backup files from my phone.

It was easy to set up only had a little problem but customer service fixed it right away
