This was the latest model that I purchased. As with the others, it was easy to install on my network and did not interfere with any of the other peripherals. A good buy.

Works well for storage, wish data transfer was faster.

Easy to set up and I am very pleased with this product

I can't live without this cloud drive! Switched to a WD cloud drive after I lost all my data on a computer hard drive!! Never again will I save data on a local drive.

Plenty of storage and has been working flawlessly. it took a little bit of effort to set up and connect all my devices, but once I figured it out it's been a piece of cake.

easy to set up, reliable performance--not bad for the price.

My only complaint is that it's DHCP at startup Not even the WD Find My Cloud app would find the drive. I had to dig an old router out of the closet, set it to DHCP, then hook it up just so it would get a local network address. After that, I set it to static IP like everything else on my network, and it seems to work well.

the mycloud software is at best a struggle. customer service at WD is about useless.

Love this thing. It was super easy to install. It is also a perfect fit for my needs which is Closed Circuit Video Storage. No need to be running a video server now.

Super easy to set up and it solved our problem we had with multiple phones and computers in the house all needing back ups, or access to photos and music.

Works exactly as it says. I youtubed the this first before buying it. I wanted to see how easy it was to setup and share out folders. Works exactly as promised.

Super easy to set up and I was able to quickly transfer all the files from my old (slow) NAS to this new one. It is extremely fast! Couldn't be more happy with it.

The NAS was really easy to use. It works well with both PC's, Mac's and IOS devices. I like the media server and the time machine functions the best.

Very easy to set up and convenient. I will not buy an external disk ever as this way, you can up or download your files anywhere in the world.

It worked good, but have to know about networks and computers to make it work perfectly. Had to call 3 times to solve issues that I later solved my self, customer services was really awful. The people that answer the phone looks that they just follow a guide and does not know about it.

Setup was easy. Transfers are fast. Lots of storage for a reasonable price. Camera raw formats demand larger memory storage with each advancement.

Had high hopes for this device as I wanted to store 4+ TB of data and eliminate 2 older desktops but it didn't work out that way. Had to call WD support just to get the device connected. Spent 7 days copying data onto the device only for it to fail when I was performing a review to ensure everything was there. Got on the phone with WD again and they tried multiple different things to get the device connected but nothing. Spent 4 hours on the phone only to be told "this one's defective, you need to replace it and we're only gonna ship a replacement if you give us a credit card number." So I spent another week deleting data from the device, had to retry multiple times due to communications failure. The concept for this device is a good idea but they are definitely not there yet. I'm going to revert back to USB.

The sale price on this makes it a fabulous deal. More than enough space. Set it up once and backup's happen in the background without any fuss.

This is best product for wireless storage and also provides application to access files or photos remotely over internet.

I really like the idea of this, but once we started setting it up, and realized how heavily it relies on a wireless connection, we realized it didn't really fit with our small business and geographical needs
