Hated this device

The first problem was I couldn't seem to set it up without an app install and configuration on my phone. Then once done, I couldn't find a way to just make this a network share. It has all sorts of bells and whistles to setup as a media server; but simple functionality seems to be lost. Didn't work for me, it might be perfect for you.

Not Mac compatible

Was able to access from PC but it would not let me access it from my Mac. Apparently this has been an issue with the Mac operating system for upwards of a year now with no fix.

Awful

It was extremely difficult to set up and have call tech support numerous times. Unfortunately, I did not get to start setup until it was almost too late to return. By the time that I used enough to find out the issues, it was too late to return.

I’m a tech guy my advice to everyone is don’t ever buy personal cloud storage because there’s no one there to giving you guaranty of your important data. I wish I could return it but it’s too late.

Deleting the extras is a major pain in the butt too. Instructions in the help file do not help at all. Cannot select multiple photos for deletion and must be done one at a time. It is a very expensive paperweight now.
