Just plugged it in and was able to use it right away. I love using it. I hate carrying around a hard drive like anyone would. But when you need more space its worth it

I purchased this product to use as backup for multiple SD cards with photos. Plenty of storage space and a great source for additional backup for my photos.

I've bought quite a few of these over the past couple years and have had no problems with any of them, even when put under very heavy use for long periods of time.

Bought this to use with my Xbox and it works perfect. I now save all my files to the harddrive and dont have any problems with loading or glitching.

I've had external hard drives before but they were so big and heavy to carry around. This is smaller than a pack of smokes and quick to set up!

Great size portable but not as slim as a Seagate Backup Plus Slim. Other than that, it's perfect for any data storage. I use it for my GoPro videos and data transfer is quick via USB 3.0. I would buy another one if needed and if they are on sale it's definitely worth the purchase.

I used this to clear 6 phones of pictures and put 3 laptops of pictures for storage and there is still room. Excellent addition to my families safe keepings.

I am a photographer and I shoot with a 70D Canon. It is important for me to back up my images and this external does just that and is portable without being bulky.

I got this for additional back up for my photos. It was the extra protection that I needed after I lost a lot of photos when my hard drive crashed a couple years ago.

I’ve always purchased WD items and normally haven’t had any issues- this product works great for media storage and the cost is fair for the product

So far I'm loving it. Its slim not bulky or heavy at all. Got mine in blue and it's a great color. Its fast when transfering big video files.

I've never had any issue with this company's external hard drives. Never any problem hooking up or copying/moving files. Would highly recommend

Reasonably priced external drive. Instructions were not clear that drive had to be reformatted to work with my MacBook/Time Machine which necessitated a call to tech support. But other than that, no issues
