Hardware OK but Geek Squad Set Up Disappointing

The Geek Squad set it up when I made the purchase. After a few weeks I realized it wasn't functioning as my backup drive and causing other problems with my computer. A few days ago the Geek Squad worked on the problem virtually but there are still problems. The hardware seems to be okay but the software and Geek Squad work have been disappointing.
