After paying a HIGH fee for data recovery, CB went out on laptop drive, with no backup done, It won't happen again.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.switched from Windows to Windows 10 and have a lot to learn before I can recommend I think it will all work out , but as yet still learning The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable and a huge help in our decision to purchase the Geek Squad was also very helpful with transferring to my new laptop
