I spent years not feeling secure with my pictures on my pc. Then my fiancée taught me about external hard drives. I feel that my pics are finally safe.

It sits there silently... non-judgemental. Quietly. Patiently. Waiting.... almost stalkingly. Doesn't say a word. It eats all the data I feed it with no complaints.

Bought this to move data off of old computers to new ones and the new drive did great very fast job transfer all the way to the other computer

I purchased this drive in order to transfer photos from my iPhone to a pc. I would only get a few pictures and then it would say that there was nothing to transfer. I found out that it doesn't work correctly to transfer from an app,e product to a Windows product. Doesn't

Western Digital has always been my choice. Hooked it up formatted it and it is running as expected. Just that simple. No extra power supply.

The quality for this price is good, and easy to use it

I had to replace my old one because I dropped it and it quit working. This one, however, was slightly different and I had some trouble setting it up. (I have a Mac and the one I used before was formatted for Mac and this one wasn't). But eventually everything worked out.

The geeks set it up for me and now all I have to do is plug it in to keep my file history. It will prevent loosing data in the future if my solid state drive fails.

I had to buy one of these when I took my PC into Best Buy in order to have my data backed-up and transferred. Better to buy one in advance and routinely backup your data at home so you don't have to pay to have it done.

This HD just needs to connect to your device (laptop or Desktop PC) to manage files. Nice design and price.

I needed a portable drive to replace lot of pendrives I have. This is a nice, small and fast (USB 3.0) drive to take with me everyday. It has been great so far.

I am using it for last 15 days and the experience is superb. Will recommend to others ..must busy if you are looking for a hard disk buy.
