My passport 1TB is the best hard drive I have ever purchased. It was an easy setup and it was ready to use in minutes.

This is my second external hard drive and I find this 1 better than the other brand. A lot faster to connect and very silent.

This portable hard drive will act as my workhorse for saving files . Price wasn’t bad considering the 1TB of memory .

works great to backup files and transfer between computers. i like the password protect since it is portable and could get lost.

Needed this for a networking class for doing simulations and transferring them. With it being it a 3.0 usb it is unbelievably fast.

The item is light for easy transport and storage. The Passport quickly stores data that's transferred from other devices and vice versa.

When I plugged it into my laptop it didn't back up automatically and I still can't figure out how to back up the new information onto it. It's kinda frustrating and I'm too busy to take a lot of time to do it over and over. I've tried twice!

I reformatted to use on a Mac for my wife’s photography business. We back up photos on it. Works great and fast.

With the price of external USB portable hard drives being so reasonable, everyone should have one to back up their laptop.

I choose this one because it was recommended to me by the members of the geek squad, as a good mid-priced unit. I had them do the back up, so I didn't actually use the unit myself. They haven't steered me wrong yet!

This is great. We live in the country and we don’t have the best of internet. This allows us to travel to a place that does.
