    Works with my older Dell Laptop, no problem. I prefer to pick my files and copy via batch program. The included backup program doesn't do anything but .doc?,.xls?, and other "normal" program data files. Speed is good

    I'm sure this is a good product but cant het past the initial trying to see what is on it that the geek squad downloaded on it. I cant get it to work so I'm sure I am missing something.
