It’s been up and down. From the experience I’ve had with the hdd it was positive until it started having connectivity issues to my windows and mac. I keep getting errors for it to constantly be reformatted but I still have docs and files.

Whether it was a WD issue or an Intel one, it didn't exist till i plugged this unit into my computer. Presently i am using only the backup software, none of the other programs that came in this package.
