I found it difficult to use and don't want to have to watch a tutorial to be able to perform a simple process. would have returned the item if there was an easier to use item available.

Do not buy the WD My Passport backup drive

All that I have accomplished is to get the message "No backup targets found." I spent about 2 hours with WD technical support and then after 2 hours they told me that the problem was my computer. I had my computer check for problems and was told that there was nothing wrong with my computer. I went to the WD Community on the internet and I found this is common problem with this drive and WD will not fix it. I have tried everything that was on the community board and it still won't work. I am through with this WD backup drive and will never buy another one.
