I read a lot of reviews and decided to go with WD my passport. It’s been awesome. I drag/drop, not backup, and it works perfectly for that.

I found that Western Digital passport was one of the better brands and decided to go with this one very easy to use and was in my favorite color blue

Olivia helped me with this purchase initially. And then I came back with second appt and Clayton helped me. Both of these reps were very helpful. I had turned in an old XP to.be recycled and then came back to see if any pictures were on this old computer and they were not able to be found. This old thing had been through the wringer. They handed me the meat of the computer- like I know anything about it..I'm just glad to have the rest of it recycled!

I am flabbergasted that a tiny rectangle can store years of info on it. It’s doing it’s job working like it was souposed to.

This was something we've needed for a while. it is perfect for our needs. My husband purchased it and is very happy with the product and the price.

I got this to take my pictures off of my computer. I had a lot of pictures and I still have a lot of room on the portable hard drive to add a lot more.

Purchased to store files and pictures. I love that I can lock it with password. I highly recommend for large documents, music and pictures.

I never ever had any issue with WD's external hard drives! I love them because they are usually cheaper than the other brands.

It was really easy to connect this Hard Drive to my PC and have it do automatic backups each day. The software options are easy to follow.

When I had best buy back up my data they did it to this external hard drive and it was able to hold all my data and still have room on it.

This hard drive is easy to set up and use. Multiple types of data can be stored. It transfers data quickly and stores the data securely.

Transfer speeds are great, compact for easy travel, just wish there was no proprietary plug (usb-c please).
