My macbook was overloaded and needed to offload some files. This was exactly what I was looking for and easy to use for a great price.

I've used my external hard drive to backup my important files. It has worked great for me. Perfect fit for my needs.

Plenty of space for pictures and files, very useful to keep precious memories and pictures in one place. Small and not a burden to carry in a laptop case.

Good for an external backup of my desktop files. Has a lot of options and feature that were initially overwhelming for a non-IT expert. Wish it had better, more simple instructions on how to set up routine automatic backups. But, after watching some YouTube videos its was fairly easy to figure out; and once initially done it is fairly straightforward after that.

I bought it to backup by 1T hard drive on my computer. The software installs quickly and is relatively easy to use considering it didn't come with instructions. I still have plenty of room for future use and it's nice that it's so small and portable.

Great size. I like the color options (red) so it doesn't get lost on the desk or when covered up by a bunch of various cords and connectors. Simple to use.

Very good backing up data from my computer. I've always been a Western Digital fan. It didn't disappoint.

This definitely did the trick. I was able to extend my PS4 storage space. I really like that’s it’s not a huge device so it takes up minimum space.

This was a plug and use external HD that has allowed my wife to keep her embroidery files off her laptop, which has become quite full! Fun color and very reliable use.

Bought this particular external storage to backup my photos and videos i had on my computer before i wiped it and after I transferred everything i still hd space for more storage. After doing some research between devices this came up as a good product compared to other seagate products and connects quickly to the computer. The only scary thing is the program on the product i can see could be easily deleted by accident but other than that it has saved me a great headache of buying multiple storage devices. I only used it for photos and videos i cant speak for games and backing up work files

This drive is great for external storage. It's easy to format for whatever OS you're running. The WD backup software is a little buggy for Windows. Gave up on the automatic backups after a week of failures. Time Machine works well for Apple Users.

got it for my sis, its slim and light, I liked its design and has plenty of storage to store her college work, picture, and video. I would recommend this for sure.

Good affordable low cost hard drive for data backup. These are really cheap now days and you can pretty much get more TB's than you probably will ever need unless doing something like editing and saving 4k and 8k video.

This has enough storage for my needs and it is as easy as plugging it in. Pairs great with apple computers and is light and compact enough to take with you.

It’s a pretty decent external storage for the price; highly recommended if you just need a couple more terabytes for games/etc for your console
