    I am able to load all my pics/home videos and view them on my TV. The only problem is I have to leave it unplugged from the TV unless in use....otherwise it squeaks like it is playing. Doesn't squeak when I am using it so I don't really know what the problem is.

    I like my Passport 2 TB External USB because it provides a safe place for me to back-up my computer contents. The Geek Squad member who explained it to me was very informative, telling me the Geek Squad could help me with the installation, too. The new device has boosted my confidence level in my computer, which is also a Best Buy product. I also like my new device because it was on sale.
